Jason Larsen, OD
A caring professional, therapeutic optometrist Dr Jason Larsen provides patients complete primary eye care, including comprehensive eye exams, treatment of routine medical problems as well as eyeglasses and contact lens prescriptions and consultations. He specializes in gas permeable/rigid and soft contact lenses. With careful assessment, he helps patients determine which type of lens is best for their medical condition, lifestyle and individual needs.

Dr Larsen received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and went on to earn his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston. He honed his medical and optical skills in Houston following graduation, providing primary eye care and consultation. Dr Larsen has been active teaching Optometry Technician courses and has been recognized for his work with contact lenses.
Dr Larsen joined the Siskiyou Eye Center in 1999 and is active in Rotary and with his Church responsibilities. For relaxation, he enjoys golf, racquetball and playing the piano. An Eagle Scout himself, he is scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 58. Most important is his family. Dr Larsen and his wife are the proud parents of 5 sons and one daughter living in the community of Yreka.
