I. Jack Cowley, MD
Calm and steady, board certified ophthalmologist Dr Jack Cowley provides patients in Northern California general eye care and diagnosis of eye diseases and injuries. A soft spoken gentleman, he has more than 40 years experience in examining, diagnosing and treating various diseases and injuries of the eye.
Dr Cowley received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah then earned his medical degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He served his general internship at the L.A. County Hospital and received specialized eye training at UCLA. Dr Cowley was in private practice for many years in Sacramento, and served on the clinical teaching staff at UC Davis.

A dedicated family man, Dr Cowley and his wife have seven grown children and many grandchildren. He lives, and works, on his cattle ranch and is an active member of The Cattleman's Association. Dr Cowley is also involved in many projects both inside and outside of Siskiyou County.
Dr Cowley moved to Northern California in 1992 and joined the staff of Siskiyou Eye Center.
